LEFTY
LEFTY is a baseball loving bear with a pretty smile. The Barnstormers have brought LEFTY to life to entertain the Fans at our home-games as well as in community events. You can see LEFTY going around Fergie Jenkins Field each home-game to make you laugh. He would either be shaking his tumtum, dancing with an umpire or a Fan, having fun with a player or doing something no one would ever do…without a costume…LEFTY's commitment is to be the most admirable character of the ballpark. Out of all his outfits, he often wears the pinstriped jersey of the Barnstormers to honor the legacy of the 1934 Chatham Coloured All-Stars baseball team. He proudly wears number 24 to commemorate the inaugural season of the CK Barnstormers which was in 2024.

Fastball
FASTBALL is officially appearing in the 2026 season. The Barnstormers have brought LEFTY to life to entertain the Fans since the inaugural season. FASTBALL will now accompany LEFTY during our home-games as well as in community events…FASTBALL's goal is to bring more smiles at the ballpark. You may have seen him before at Fergie Jenkins Field, but he is now fulltime with the club. Play Ball, Fastball!
