Barnstormers fans may also remember that Buckley already showed flashes of dominance in the CBL as a teenager. Pitching for the London Majors in 2021 at just 19 years old, the 5’10”, 185-pound righty appeared in five games without allowing a single hit while striking out nine batters in five innings of work.

After an elbow injury sidelined him during the 2025 season, Buckley now enters 2026 healthy, motivated and ready for the next chapter. In Bo’s own words: “Time to persevere and get to work. This is all a part of God’s plan.”

Late night.

Season on the line.

Game tied.

Two runners in scoring position.

Call up the Closer.

Garret Day slammed the door, then stayed on it. He pitched two more clutch innings, allowed just one hit and struck out two. Minutes later??? Barnstormers walked off the Hamilton Cardinals in the 11th.
