ACCESSIBILITY

The CK Barnstormers' home ballpark is Fergie Jenkins Field and is being fully accessible, with ADA accessible entrances, wheelchair, and companion seats, 100% accessible concession counters & ticket windows, restrooms and more.

ANIMATION CREW
The CBL is all about fan experience! Our animation crew’s job is to make fans smile, rain or shine, win or loose, days or nights. Our crew consist of comedian, dancer, singer, cheerleader, special character that you can only see at Fergie Jenkins Field during IBL games.

ATM
ATMs are not available at the ballpark. Make sure you bring cash or debit/credit card.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Fans are not permitted to bring alcohol in and outside of Fergie Jenkins Field during CBL games. All guests purchasing alcoholic drinks require proof of legal drinking age. We reserve the right not to sale alcoholic beverages to any guest at any time.

ANIMAL AND PETS
Only assistance dogs are allowed to accompany guest into FJF during CBL games. No other animals will be accepted except for special pet day events.

BABY/TODDLER TICKETS
Every kid of 5 years and younger do not need to purchase a ticket for an CBL game if they sit on someone’s laps.

BAGS
We want your entrance to FJF to be as smooth as possible. Please bring only small purses. The exception will be for diaper bags and medical bags. Other bags could be put away for the duration of your stay.

BETWEEN INNING PROMOTIONS
We guarantee you will have a great time at FJF. All the promotions are designed for all age groups to have fun at the ballpark. Whether it is the race the mascot contest, spin the bat, sumo wrestling and other, you’ll always have a good time with us. BIRTHDAY PARTIES

BLANKETS
On a chilly night, blankets are permitted at FJF. 

CONCESSIONS AREA
Concession stands are located behind Homeplate and include food and beverages.

DIGITAL TICKETING
Fans are encouraged to use digital ticketing or to print their tickets at home. Our Ticket booth will always be open 90 minutes prior to the game if you need more tickets or assistance.

EMERGENCY SITUATION
Basic first aid, staffed by trained personnel, is located at the team’s Info Booth located on 1B side near the ballpark’s main entrance. In case an emergency arises during our ballgame, our office staff and our security attendant will help right away. If there is a need to call 911, we’ll proceed.

FAN CONDUCT
We strongly encourage our incredible fans to enjoy their time at FJF while respecting those around you. Our staff will proactively intervene, should any issues arise, involving impaired or intoxicated guests, foul/abusive language, obscene gestures, or inappropriate clothing/behavior for a family inclusive venue. Please remember that all we want is Fun at the Ballpark during IBL games.

FAN INTERFERENCE
Fans are not allowed to interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are strictly prohibited at FJF. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection. We strongly encourage our incredible fans to enjoy your time at FJF while respecting those around.

FIRST AID

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Subject to limited exceptions, fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into Fergie Jenkins Field during IBL games. Exception for baby food/formula. If a guest has food allergies, please contact the team’s office before coming to a game at 1-877-346-3553 or email at info@ckiblbaseball.com.

FOUL BALL
If you return a foul-ball at The Curveball concession located on the 1B side, you will immediately receive a Barnstormers promo baseballs. Also, stay alert for foul balls, bats or broken bat fragments which could land in the seating area. All fans attending baseball games at Fergie Jenkins Field assume the risk of being hit by a baseball or broken bat, and the IBL team is not responsible for any injuries or damages arising from fans being hit with baseballs or bats at a game. Always remember that any type of objects could hurt you or your child very badly if you don’t pay attention to the game. For your own safety, and the safety of your children, we recommend you all, to use your cell phones or any digital devices only between the innings.

GAME-DAY PROGRAM
Try to be one of the first 300 fans to get to FJF to receive your free game-day program. The game-day program includes a featured player’s bio, photos, and statistics, both team’s rosters for the game, some of our corporate partners, league standings and other cool stuff. This is a great keeper!

GAME BROADCAST
IBL games on the public game schedule are live streamed on the league and our Network broadcast on our YouTube Channel (CK BARNSTORMERS) and our Facebook page.

GATES OPEN
Each home game is a big family party. The gates always open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Team’s amenities are available once the gates open.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be obtained by visiting our Team Shop at FJF or on our website at www.ckiblbaseball.com or by calling 1-877-346-3553.

GIVE-AWAY ITEMS
Promotional items or “giveaways” are available on selected game dates to fans with a valid, paid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a limit of one item per guest.

GROUP TICKETS

INTERNSHIP
Our team has internship positions in a variety of departments, from operations, to sales, to marketing. Spaces are available for the upcoming year. For more information, please contact our office at 1-877-346-3553 or by email at info@ckiblbaseball.com. Please include a resume and cover letter.

LOST AND FOUND
Have no fear, our cleaning crew does a clean sweep of the ballpark. Anything that is left behind is handed off to our front office. Please contact us at 1-877-346-3553 or by email at info@ckiblbaseball.com if you left something.

MASCOT
Of course, there is a team mascot. It can be seen throughout all games and will make special appearances at birthday parties and in various community events year-round. Please contact us at 1-877-346-3553 or email at info@ckiblbaseball.com for reservation.

PARKING
There is no VIP parking area at FJF. Parking is located at Chatham Memorial Arena (80 Tweedsmuir Avenue West) and is on a first come basis. We do not charge for parking. There are a limited number of Accessible Parking spaces near the main front gates of the ballpark on Tweedsmuir Avenue West that are used on a first availability basis. Once those spaces are filled, we allow people to be dropped off in front of the main gates. There is also accessible parking at Chatham Memorial Arena.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Fans are welcome to bring cameras into FJF during IBL games and may take pictures from their seats during the game. Any resale of the photography for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. The team’s name, logos, and players likenesses are all copyrighted material. Tripods are not permitted in the ballpark without a press credential. You will be able to take pictures with players after the games as the players will remain at the main gate to sign autographs and chat with the fans.

PROGRAM MAGAZINE
Get yourself a copy of our annual team program/magazine at the team’s shop or the program booth and make sure you have it autographed by your favorite players. Don’t forget to get the Mascot’s autograph!

PROHIBITED ITEMS
FJF is a No Weapons facility. All weapons are prohibited (including all versions of knives). No outside food, beverage, cans and coolers may be brought into the ballpark during CBL games.

NB. Aluminum bottles like "Yeti" are permitted as well as lawn chairs.

RE-ENTRY
If you need to leave the ballpark and wish to return, please keep your ticket to re-enter FJF. Security scan is required upon re-entry.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
In the interest of safety, the following items may not be brought into FJF during CBL games:

• Alcohol bottles, cans, or any liquid containers of any kind
• Backpacks (drawstring bags and baby diaper bags are allowed)
• Glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses
• Laser pens
• Mono/tripods or other professional camera equipment
• Video cameras or other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording
• Drones
• Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Baseball bats of any size
• Projectiles (e.g., Frisbees or beach balls)
• Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, or sunscreen)
• Fireworks
• Visible obscene signs
• Indecent, or inappropriate clothing

Restrooms are available at FJF.

SEASON TICKETS
There are a good variety of season tickets to be purchased. You can purchase them at www.ckiblbaseball.com or by calling our office at 1-877-346-3553 or by email at info@ckiblbaseball.com. There is a maximum of 600 season tickets available.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in and around Fergie Jenkins Field during CBL games.

STROLLERS
We allow strollers in the ballpark, but there is not room in the grandstands for strollers. Guests can store strollers at Team’s Info booth on 1B side.

TEAM STORE
Our Team Store open when the gates open and usually remains open until approximately the end of the 7th inning.

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchair area seating is available at FJF. Please note that there are a limited number (16) of wheelchairs area, guests may be required to transfer from their wheelchair to their reserved seat location.

WI-FI
Unfortunately, there is no guest wi-fi at FJF at this time.

WILL CALL WINDOW
Tickets purchased or left by the CK Barnstormers may be picked up at the team’s Ticket booth located beside the main entrance of the ballpark. Will Call is available through the Ticket booth 90 minutes prior to and during games on game days. Guests must have proper identification to pick up tickets.
