The Chatham-Kent Barnstormers are an expansion franchise of the Ontario’s most elite baseball league, the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL). The IBL is the 5^th continually baseball league around the world, with the league established in 1919, drawing more fans than any other league of this kind. Players are mostly former MLB, MiLB and current college baseball players.

Our home ballpark is Fergie Jenkins Field which offers a friendly atmosphere filled with die hard baseball fans.

We offer you to:

• Play in front of 1000+ fans each night into a professional atmosphere!
• Games live streamed online
• No bus-trip longer than 3.5 hours
• Former MLB manager and pro coaches
• Certified trainer

• 100% free agent status for callup opportunities

For the tryout, players are expected to wear proper baseball attire and position players will need to provide their own equipment including their own wooden bat(s), glove(s) and catcher’s gear if that’s the case.
